Specialties

Five areas of outpatient surgery.

Oaks Surgical Center provides the rooms, nursing support, and recovery space for procedures scheduled by your physician. The list below describes the types of cases we host—not a catalog of treatments you can request without a surgeon.

Spine Surgery

Spine cases at the center address neck, back, and related spinal conditions that your surgeon has determined can be treated on an outpatient basis. Imaging, positioning equipment, and a focused recovery plan support those procedures.

  • Outpatient neck and back procedures as indicated by your spine surgeon
  • Coordination with your physician’s office before and after the case
  • Same-day discharge when your care team agrees it is appropriate

Maxillofacial Surgery

Maxillofacial work involves the face, jaws, and related structures of the head and neck. The center supports surgeons who perform these cases away from a hospital campus when an outpatient setting is suitable.

  • Surgical care of the jaws, face, and associated anatomy
  • Anesthesia support selected with your surgeon and anesthesia provider
  • A private recovery area after the procedure

Podiatric Surgery

Podiatric surgeons use the center for bone, joint, ligament, and soft-tissue procedures of the foot, ankle, and lower leg. You will receive specific instructions about footwear, weight-bearing, and a ride home.

  • Foot and ankle procedures scheduled by your podiatric surgeon
  • Staff familiar with post-procedure mobility and dressing care
  • Clear discharge instructions from your physician’s team

Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)

ENT surgeons treat persistent ear, nose, and throat conditions that may require an operating room. The center is set up for those shorter, scheduled cases rather than emergency ENT care.

  • Ear, nose, and throat procedures as directed by your ENT physician
  • Pre-operative screening by phone before your arrival
  • Recovery monitoring until you are ready to leave with a responsible adult

Pain Management

Interventional pain procedures are performed here when your pain physician schedules them. The center’s role is the procedure day—evaluation of your pain condition still belongs with that physician.

  • Scheduled interventional procedures for persistent pain
  • Nursing assessment and monitoring around the procedure
  • Follow-up directed by your pain management physician
